Ο Παναγιώτης Θρασυβούλου είναι Συνέταιρος και εργάζεται στο Τμήμα Συμβουλευτικών Υπηρεσιών της EY Κύπρου. Στην ΕΥ, ο Παναγιώτης και η ομάδα του βοηθούν οργανισμούς να μετασχηματιστούν και να οχυρωθούν από τις προκλήσεις του μέλλοντος.

Μαζί με άλλους επαγγελματίες Τμήματος Συμβουλευτικών Υπηρεσιών της ΕΥ, η ομάδα του Παναγιώτη κτίζει στο πλαίσιο/μεθοδολογία Transformation Realised του οργανισμού και βοηθά τους πελάτες της με μια ολιστική προσέγγιση.

Αυτή η προσέγγιση περιλαμβάνει την ταυτόχρονη αντιμετώπιση των προκλήσεων που συνδέονται με ευρύτερους μετασχηματισμούς, μέσα από τον φακό του στρατηγικού σχεδιασμού, της τεχνολογίας, του ανθρώπινου δυναμικού, των διεργασιών και της αξιοποίησης των δεδομένων των οργανισμών.

Ακαδημαϊκά, ο Παναγιώτης κατέχει πτυχίο BSc (Merit) in Business Management από το Essex University, MSc (Distinction) in International Employment Relations & Human Resources Management από το LSE και PhD (c) in Management από το Πανεπιστήμιο Κύπρου. Στο LSE έλαβε το βραβείο “Foundation of Automation and Human Development School Prize for the Best Overall Performance”. Η έρευνα του αφορά στον οργανωτικό επανα-σχεδιασμό και τον σχεδιασμό της εργασίας (work & organisational (re) design).

Έχει διατελέσει Πρόεδρος του Κυπριακού Συνδέσμου Διεύθυνσης Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού για 2 θητείες.

This essentially means that transformation challenges are approached from a strategy, technology, people, processes and data viewpoints concurrently.

Panayiotis’ current engagements include clients who are involved, among others, in the government sector, financial services, real estate, construction, hospitality, FMCG, pharmaceuticals and retail.

Panayiotis holds a BSc (Merit) in Business Management from Essex University, an MSc (Distinction) in International Employment Relations & Human Resources Management from LSE, and a PhD (c) in Management from the University of Cyprus.
